Cream Cheeze Ball

8 ounces soy cream cheese, softened
1 carrot, grated
2 scallions, chopped
1 teaspoon flax oil
1 teaspoon herb seasoning, such as Mrs. Dash
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
3 tablespoons flax seed, coarsely ground

In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients except the flax seed with a fork until blended. Divide mixture into two balls.

Place the flax seed in a small bowl. Roll each cheese ball in seeds until coated. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
