Well, it's been a great week! We've had Stacey, Michaela, Micah and Malachi visiting with us during their Spring Break Holiday! And we had a jam-packed week!

They arrived on Monday night and we had dinner and visited. On Tuesday we went to Sci-Quest in Huntsville, AL. It was so much fun and so interesting!! The picture above is Stacey & the kids on "The Main Drag" at Sci-Quest. It was a very hands on kind of place. They had three wheelers for the kids to play with. Plus, a tunnel with hats to put on as they crawled thru the tunnel. One of Michaela & Micahs favorite things to do was the "Burp Machine"! It actually had this "Hillbilly Man" drinking coke thru a straw. You then had to wind up the machine to make him burp! Then when he did he would say "excuse me"! hahaha But, it was educational too! This machine was actually telling us what makes us burp! It was neat! I think Malachi's favorite thing to do was to play with the Leggo's and Music Room! Oh yeah, he loved this thing that made air come thru with a beach ball to show that the air was holding it up! He liked grabbing the ball then putting it back on it!

On Wednesday, we took me, my Mom, Stacey & her 3 kids, Stacey's friends Heather & Nicole and their 3 children to Green Mountain in Huntsville, AL. Plus, I picked up my friend Carolyn and Cricket!! It was wild with that many children! But, it was fun! We brought sandwiches and drinks and ate on their picnic tables. Then, Stacey & her bunch walked on the Nature Trail while us "older" folks stayed behind and talked and visited awhile at the picnic table. It was really good to see my friends! After that it was around 3 pm when we left. Then Stacey took her bunch to visit with the Mashburn's in Decatur, AL. They had dinner there and came back & slept here.

On Thursday, I had to go back to work. So, Stacey & the kids visited with her friends in Decatur. That night, Adam bought stuff for us to grill hamburgers! So, we all fixed our plate & ate outside underneath a tree! The hamburgers were very good! We also watched some cool videos that night too!

On Friday, I went to work again. Stacey & the kids went to visit her Aunt Sue & Uncle Tommy who live in Summerville, AL The kids loved seeing their cousins & great Aunt & Uncle! But, I think they liked jumping on their trampoline too!

Saturday (today!) we all got out in the yard and picked some Iris' for Stacey to take home to Dothan with her so she could plant them in her yard! I also took the kids to the park down the road from us and they played on the playground. Stacey wanted to make sure that they got all their energy out before they went on the long trip (5 hours) to Dothan, AL. They ended up leaving around 1:15 pm. But, Stacey had to drop Destiny off in Decatur before they headed down to Dothan, so I imagine they won't really get on the road until 2 pm today.

My Mom was so tired that when they left, she said "I'm tired" and went straight to bed!!
