I am so proud of my son, Pvt. Mashburn, as they call him!!  He graduated from his AIT (Army Individualized Training) training in the Army Nat'l Guard!  But, he not only graduated, he graduated the top of his class with the "Distinguished Honor Graduate" award!  He received a plaque, a Ordnance Cap, a Ordnanace Medal, and several other medals.

It was a great time watching Adam march and meeting all his drill sargent's and others that trained him to become a Radio Communications/Security Repairman.  I drove down on Tues afternoon to Ft. Benning, GA and stayed until Friday around noon when he was finally processed out.

He will be stationed in Huntsville, AL -- HOME!!  He plans on going to college and serving in the Nat'l Guard unit here.

Thank you, Lord, for all you have done and are going to do in Adam's life!
