| The current civic center parking is often underutilized. In the past, city has claimed that it needs to leave space available for certain court & civic activities. Yet we, the citizens own this structure, witness a city resource go underutilized most of the time. There are many alternative ways to use this resource: Additionally, city is closed every other Friday so additional parking could be granted to students on those days. |

| The current on-campus parking could be better utilized. We need to find better solutions than a simple lottery for those on-campus spaces. | * Increase the price structure (Currently underpriced at $60 per semester but far below fair market; For instance $250/yr is charged by Beverly Hills highschool).
