***As always, for your peace of mind, A "Confidentiality Agreement" is available for both parties to sign to ensure that your work is held in strict confidentiality.**

LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION PERTAINING THERETO ARE HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL AND CONSIDERED ATTORNEY WORK PRODUCT.

***Confidentiality is the trademark and backbone of Katie's Transcription. For all "ethical purposes, our work is similar to that of a contract court reporter and I guarantee that your transcription work will be held to the same strictest security, confidentiality and professionalism as a court reporter would have to adhere to. Transmission of work via email, however, is NOT entirely secure, so I highly recommend final work be via floppy diskette. This also aids you if you desire to change any of your final composition. However, hard copy via printed material is also available as well as using your own letterhead via diskette or email transmission.

I reserve the right to refuse certain types of tapes, i.e. surveillance tapes, poor quality tapes, offensive subject matter, speakers with hard to comprehend heavy accents, etc.
