Faith, too, tells me that the world is a sphere and that the stars in the sky are great flaming balls of gas. That my sun is just another star. That my mother is a human like me who was once seventeen with all the uncertainties and raging emotions. That the person I love loves me also. Faith ties me to the rest of the world.
Science? What is the scientific method after all but a justification of faith? Science is an exploration of the astounding beauty around us, a rationalization for why things are the way they are, and an attempt to see the future. But only through faith can I accept what it says as truth.
God? God is there. I know this through God-given faith that it is He who started all of this, who holds it all in control, who guide me, protects me, loves me, and has given so much mercy and grace to my family.
