Head and shoulders, shot with a 150mm portrait lens.

Pose: Subjects body at almost a 45 degree angle to the camera, arms at side, relaxed.

Lighting: I used one main light (Novatron w/ soft box) set at 1/16 power five feet away from the subject (f/5.6). A bounce card was placed at the subjects left, one foot away, opposite to the main light (f/3.5). No hair light was used, for this shot I stood five feet from the subject.

Camera settings: f/5.6 @ 1/90^th, #284. I used my Mamiya 645AFD (Medium Format) camera.
