Hi Mr Dombrowsky; 

        Hello my name is Jane i worked for a company called EBE Management 
several years ago in Philadephia at Broad & Spring Garden Sts. I was working 
for a bank through a temporary agency. Money wasn't good so i started 
searching for something more stable and permanent. I saw an ad in the 
Philadelphia Daily News hiring for Managers starting salary was 40 thousand a 
year. I called and went to an interview and got hired. I quit my job with the 
temporary agency. The was to start out selling bottles of perfume Observ'e L 
Essence. For $27.00 a bottle you turn in $15.00 and keep the rest for 
reinvestment. The goal was to then train others and eventually branch off to 
open your own company. With about a group of 4 others. [noname] and partner 
[noname] would give bonuses, trips, cash to the highest sellers. Even though i 
had doubts i still kept selling my personal goal was to open my own business. 
I sold hundreds of dollars of perfume and had a partner at my job who was 
willing to invest cut out the small stuff and by into the company to start our 
business. 
        After about 3 months a few women who had worked for the company 
weren't coming to work. There were rumors that they opened their own business 
or they gave up and found a better job. Once a week [noname] would have a 
one on one with everyone individually to let you know your progress. One 
evening on my individual progress stat he went over that i was doing fine. But 
however to open my business totally excluding my partner who was willing to 
invest i needed to do more. I was getting a little frustrated because the 
money was not enough to pay my bills and there were no benefits he said until 
you get your own business then they would give us a list of insurance 
companies at that time myself and whoever i was in business with could 
purchase insurance. 
        I was frustrated it seemed like everything was just one big fat lie. 
He offered to pay for my lunch at that time i stood up to leave he took a 20 
dollar bill out his pocket and said this one is on me. And stood behind me so 
close on my buttocks and turned around and he tried to kiss me at that time i 
grabbed my stuff and left his office.
        I went home and cried i was embarrassed so i didn't say anything 
knowing my dad would go off. I went back to work and a women that was still 
working there before i came lost one of her partners they had quit so we 
became partners still working for EBE Management. I was pretty curious and at 
the same time scared but i asked her has [noname] ever tried to touch you. She 
began to tell me stories how he had slept with alot of the women working there 
one became pregnant and had an abortion. Others slept with him on their own 
will and was embarrased because how afterwards he would tell them their sales 
were too low and they didn't have the potential to open their own business. 
And he touched on her sometimes but she was about business and it didn't 
bother her. 
        I didn't care anymore about selling perfume i was disgusted so i 
started asking some of the other women who worked their and even one or two 
who i had bumped into about [noname]. From some of the looks on a few faces 
they had slept with him and just wanted out and were too embarrased to say 
anything.
        So they denied it and it seemed like no one wanted to say anything or 
do anything about it. I felt so alone i confided in a guy who i knew i had sold
him many bottles of cologne he would always buy from me to help me because he 
wanted to see me succeed. When i told him what was going on he was furious. He 
asked me did i want him to confront him i said no. I was just going to quit 
and find another job, i just had to turn in my perfumes and colognes. He 
called anyway he said he didn't mention my name but he told [noname] how could you 
do something like that you bastard. I had stop going to work and it didn't 
take long that [noname] was curious that phone call came from someone i knew. So he 
kept calling my pager i wouldn't answer and usually how it went. Once someone 
quit and didn't turn in their perfumes and colognes. A group of managers would 
go to their house and get their supplies back. Sometime they got them, 
Sometime they didn't. I called one of the women and asked her to meet 
somewhere so i could give her my supplies back. We met and i gave her my 
supplies. I was so glad to be out of that mess but at the same time i had put 
in almost 8 months of my life into trying to get my own business. Even until 
this day it's been years since that i still can't forget what happened i had a 
dream last night about that whole thing. I came to work this morning just to 
see what was on the internet under that name. Because after i quit i started 
telling somenof my friends because they wanted to know why i wasn't selling
perfume anymore and what happened to my own business? I was too embarrased
because some had doubts from the start about my new job. And the real reason 
what [noname] had not just done to me but those other women. I'm glad 
someone is trying to shut down Scentura Creations. Thanks for listening
