The victim lay on the kitchen floor bathed in the light of the fridge. Empty packets of chips littered the floor with half eaten tubs of ice cream. A sticky residue hung from his lips.
"Is that jam?" said Warrick.
"Could be." Replied Grissom.
"Some last meal. Looks like he has eaten every scrap of food in the room."
Warrick observed.
Warrick carefully picked up some crumbs from the victim's clothes and bagged them up.
"Let me have a look at them." Grissom peered closely and noticed a tiny purple crystal.
Well he said, "Thats the way the cookie crumbles"
