Supervisor- Evisceration Department. (June 2001-Present).
Responsible for supervising approximately 45 hourly team members.
Familiar and work daily with HACCP, QA and USDA personnel to ensure product quality.
Work daily to ensure all machines and equipment are performing properly, and work with proper personnel to fix any problems that may arise.
I spent six months in a training program at Tyson, at which time , I learned all aspects of Tyson Foods, including, but not limited to the following areas: Live Receiving, Evisceration, Debone, Fully-Cooked, Packout, HACCP, QA, Safety, Sanitation, Maintenance, Refrigeration, Accounting, Human Resources, and Production Planning Departments; live haul operations; breeder, broiler and pullet growth and production.

Assistant Manager. (March 1997-January 2001).
Provided excellent customer service by creating relationships with customers.
Involved in the employment and termination process of employees.
Maintained daily book work, inventory logs, store maintenance and cash transactions.

Computer Graphics Designer. (April 2000-June 2000).
Provided excellent customer service by listening to customer ideas, and using specialized computer graphics programs to design to their specifications.
Responsible for accounts receivables for approximately 100 clients and maintained end-of-day and end-of-month paperwork.

Data Entry Specialist. (January 1998- August 1998).
This was a temporary position in which I worked for several businesses from the University of Missouri Hospitals and Clinics to Nations Bank.
Responsible for data entry and filing documents.

University of Missouri-Animal Science Research Center. Columbia, MO.
Student Laboratory Assistant. (January 1997- March 1997).
This was a USDA- funded project that determined the effects of climate conditions on milk production of Holstein cows.
Measured and recorded data.
Daily milking, feeding, watering, and providing general care of cows.

Sun and Ski Sports. Creve Coeur, MO.
Retail Salesperson. (November 1996- February 1997).
Provided excellent customer service by offering educated information and advice about products.
Retail sales of ski equipment and accessories.

Cherry Hills Veterinary Hospital. Wildwood, MO.
Veterinary Assistant. (October 1993- August 1997).
Assisted veterinarian with her everyday duties, which included assisting in surgeries, x-rays, administration of yearly vaccinations and examinations, and general kennel help.
Provided service to clients and their pets.
Involved in general building maintenance.
