This puppy has no major or disqualifying faults for his/her age AS OF THE DATE OF THIS SALE. (A definitive evaluation cannot be made on puppies under 6 months of age.) A health certificate will be obtained for the puppy/dog that is traveling out of state by air. The buyer has (2) business days after receiving the puppy/dog to have it checked by a licensed veterinarian of their choice at the buyer's expense. If the buyer�s vet exam reveals a debilitating or a life threaten genetic defect or that the puppy is diseased AND a second unassociated licensed veterinarian concurs with the diagnosis with in 48 hours of the first vet check, the puppy must be returned at the buyer�s expense and a replacement will be made when one becomes available. Intent to return the puppy for replacement must be accompanied by a written report from each veterinarian and must be made within 24 hours of the buyer�s vet exam and REPLACEMENT IS THE ONLY OPTION. After the veterinarian's examination period has lapsed, the dog is sold and accepted "as is" and no other guarantees are made.There is no guarantee against accidents or sickness that was not contracted on the seller�s premises. The seller will not pay any veterinary bills. Buyer shall have no right to demand a refund of purchase price and hereby agrees to accept replacement of a sick/genetically defective puppy if the seller chooses to replace the said puppy.
