| Free Companionship ContractbetweenAxemanandLady Amaranth 1. This contract covers the terms of the Free Companionship between the two Frees named above and signed below for Life. 2. Should either Party enter the City of Dust or become enslaved this contract will no longer be valid. 3. This contract may be renewed before the 20th ahn on the anniversary of its signing. 4. All property including slaves that are Owned at the time of this signing by each Party Individually remains the property of that Party. 5. These parties may choose to ko'lar slaves into either a joint or separate ko'lar at Their discretion. 6. Children of this union are to remain with Lady Amaranth should this contract lapse as long as She is neither dead nor enslaved. a} A girl will remain in Lady Amaranth's care and custody until Her 16th birthday, when the daughter would then be expected to join Her Father (Axeman) and journey to the Sadar between then and Her 21st birthday, thereby giving any Daughter the Protection of Her Father (Axeman). b} A son, would remain in Lady Amaranth's care and custody until He reaches His 12th birthday, at which time He would join His Father (Axeman) to begin His education and introduction to His Father's (Axeman) Caste. 7. Should either Party of this contract die before the contract has expired, then the Personal belongings of that Party will be dispersed according to the legal will. If there is no will, then the other Party still alive would be the beneficiary. 8. Property acquired during the time of this contract is to be considered joint property unless specifically stated otherwise at the time it is acquired. 9. This contract can be broken in only one of three ways; a} Death of One of the Parties b} Enslavement of One of the Parties c} This contract expires without being renewed. 10. If Axeman is enslaved then He is to be considered dead, and the terms of His will to be fulfilled preventing the automatic enslavement of His FC and/or Child(ren).
