Our Rehabilitated Babies
"Stinky" was found in the yard, after his mother and siblings were hit by a car.  He was hydrated and kept warm for a few days, and successfully relocated.
"Baby" was found when her mother was killed almost immediately after her birth.  She has been successfully released, and is often seen with her twins.
"Buckwheat" came to us, when someone found him, dehydrated, in their hay field.  He was nursed back to health, and successfully released as a button buck.
"Knothead" came to us when his mother was killed by a vehicle.  He was sucessfully released as a button buck.  This year he is a handsome 5 point.  He is on posted "No Hunting" property, but we still fear for his safety.
"Knothead" and his buddies "Buckwheat" and "Sprout" just out of velvet this fall.
