Open the Class Wizard.
and click the "Add Class" button. Choose "From a type library".
The standard "File/Open"-type menu appears.
Locate the file "OutputCOMEditor.tlb" and click "Open".
"Confirm Classes" menu appears. It asks for a confirmation that you want to create
a class IOutputCOMEditor and suggest names for a header and cpp files.
Change suggested file names "OutputCOMEditor.*" to "OutputCOMEditorStream.*".
