Updates of the Games
Kasib flew into South Dakota on 12/9/07 just in time to play against his former team, The Dakota Wizards. Kasib played 23 minutes without ever practicing with the team and scored 20 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. The team lost by 10 points.
12/14/07 Kasib's team played The Iowa Energy. Kasib was given 3 quick fouls in the first quarter and had to sit out until the 2 half. Kasib came out an quickly began to do his thing on the court. He led his team with 22 pts, had 8 rebounds, 1 steal, and 1 Assist. The Skyforce took the game to OT but did not come out with a Win. The score was 104/111.
12/16/07 Kasib had a HUGE game against the Dakota Wizard. His Team won and the score was 96/90. Kasib led his Team in scoring with 29 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 assists. The team came out fast and created a big lead. After the 2nd half Dakota Wizards closed the gap and took the lead for a short time. Skyforce took the lead back and kept it all the way to the win. Great Game!!
12/21/07 Kasib had another Great game tonight. His team played at Home against the Rio Grande Vipers. Kasib had 26 pts, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals. The Skyforce is coming on strong and is now 3-6 with 2 home games coming up.
Kasib continues to play good basketball. His team has went 2-2 since 12/22/07. They came away with a huge win at Home against Fort Wayne on Christmas Night. 12/28 was another huge win against Colorado who is #1 iin there division currently. Kasib had 16 pts at half time and ended the night with 28 pts .
2/14/08 Kasib's Team is now 16-16. Kasib is heading to the All Star Game today to play in the H.O.R.S.E competition on Friday and the Allstar game on Saturday. This can be watched on NBA TV.
3/22/08 Kasib has signed a 10day contract with the Miami Heat.
