The playoffs didn't turn out how I expected, but we faced a team that is the best in Russia.

My time in Russia is almost over. The time that I have been here I have learned a lot. I learned a different culture. I also met many new friends. I'm sad that I must leave St. Petersburg but i'm happy that I will be going home. I haven't been home for many months and I can't wait to get back to New Jersey. I feel as if I can call St. Petersburg one of my homes. I spent a lot of time here and even got a chance to learn the language. When I first decided to come here (St. P) I heard many good things about the city but leaving I have even more great things to say about the city. Thank you to everybody who helped me through my times in Russia. There were good times and bad times and without my teammates, staff, coaches, family, and friends. It would have been diffucult to be here alone but because of those people I never felt alone and I want to say thank you!!.
