After high school, Kasib made the trip to Kansas to attend college and play basketball for Dennis Helms at Butler County Community College. Kasib did great things at Butler. During the 2 years he attended, Kasib was given an Honorable Mention All-American selection. He was 1st Team All Region. 1st Team All-Conference. He was also in the running for most valuable player in conference. Kasib started in every game both years.
Kasib scored over 1,000 pts in 2 years!!!
