· Peter Storer & Associates: Worked with a team of 4-developers to customize and enhance broadcast industry scheduling software i.e. SIMS and worked on Progeny PB framework. Also worked in ASP .Net web-application project that use Visual Studio .Net and C#.

· Peter Storer & Associates: Worked with a team of 4-developers to customize and enhance broadcast industry scheduling software i.e. SIMS and worked on Progeny PB framework. Also worked in ASP .Net web-application project that use Visual Studio .Net and C#.
· PowerObjects: Develop key components, integrate new features and design user interface for smlPortal, a J2EE application developed by PowerObjects for deploying PowerBuilder to the Web. Team Lead on development of smlPortal’s Case Track error reporting system. Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot EAServer installation problems: clustering, JavaScript versions, PB7-to-PB8 migrations, EAS 4.1.1 upgrade issues. Test systems against new releases of application server software including EAServer and Apache. Perform installation, configuration, customization and on-site training for smlPortal clients.
· Spanlink Communications: Worked with ten-person team on company’s Kilimanjaro product release using Java/XML. Created use cases and design documents, performed development and test plans. Worked on smlPortal customization and integration with Kilimanjaro System using Java, JSP, XML, smlPortal, PowerBuilder and EAServer.
· Wisconsin Physician Services: Technical Lead for three-person team developing custom framework for moving PowerBuilder client/server ‘Rating Engine’ application to distributed environment using PB9, EAServer 4.2 and Sybase ASE database. Converted PowerBuilder ‘Benefit Compare’ client/server application to a distributed Web application using custom framework and trained developers on distributed Web application development using Sybase and Java technologies.
· Nutraceutical Corporation: Technical and Project Lead for design and development of generic framework for distributed computing using PowerBuilder (9.x) and Java. Used framework to convert Order Processing client/server application by consolidating server calls and utilizing data compression. Results included increased performance and ease of maintenance. Mentored PowerBuilder and Java developers in the use of framework. Converted FoxPro server components of Order Entry Application to Java.
· Claritas: Team Lead on custom built CRM application that involved application design, database design, architecture and integration with smlPortal. Led team in conversion of Windows-based M.I.S. application to Web using smlPortal.
· Paloma Partners: Designed, analyzed, developed and documented Web-reporting application to replace Windows-based version using JSP, Java Beans, PowerBuilder and EAServer. Trained developers on server-side Java technology. Converted PowerDynamo applications to more open, robust and scalable Web-based applications using EAServer, PowerBuilder, Java Beans and JSP.
· Basin Electric Power Cooperative: Converted Windows-based application to Web-based version using Java, JSP, Java Beans, JavaScript, PowerBuilder and EAServer. Provided one-week EAServer and server-side Java (JSP / Servlet / Java Beans) training to developers.
· AirNet Systems: Converted eighty PowerBuilder reports to Web-based format in four weeks using PowerBuilder, EAServer and smlPortal.
· Job Corp: Performed application testing.
· Metro Dental: Performed Sybase ASA database replication in a real-time environment.
· State of Tennessee: Analysis and troubleshooting of enterprise-level PowerBuilder EAServer Web application. Code-level corrections implemented to correct applications.
