Tracy The Witch won't stop at anything to have good Pokemon. She lives in her mountain lair with her henchman, Alex, in Spiral Mountain. She took Mike and Kasey's Pokemon in their first adventure, and was knocked off the top of her lair and crushed by a boulder for two years and reduced here to a mere skeleton as shown. She was rescued by her sister, Jackie and had a plan to restore her body from the bony look by zapping the life force from Pokemon. Her plots were once again stopped by Mike and Kasey when she and Jackie were frozen for yet another year and was rescued again. She was finally defeated once and for all and had her lair turned into a replica of Kasey and Mike's heads side-by-side instead of her's.....or was she? Tracy didn't stop there! In "The Adventures Of Kasey-Michael 3", Tracy came back with her evil witch kids in her "Doomship" home once Team Rocket was arrested.
