Chris and I met when I was working at Round Table Pizza. He was in an EMT class with my best friend's husband, and I had expressed interest in him, so we were introduced. We had our first date on March 29, 1996. We went to see St. Bilko and had dinner at Carl's Jr. We played a little pool. I won, but he insists he let me win. We know the truth! :)
We were married March 29, 1997, a year to the day of our first date. Some of our family and friends thought we were crazy, but you do crazy things when you're in love. It was a nice, somewhat small, ceremony with most of our family and many friends in attendance. It was definitely a day to remember.
We spent our honeymoon at Disneyland, Universal Studios, and the island of Catalina. It was a wonderful time and we both were sad to have to go back to the daily routine of work and bills.
It's hard to believe we've been married 6 years already. We look forward to many more years to come!!!
