Hi!! My name is Kim. I am a nurse, I work at a hospital in the ER dept., Med Surg dept., and the OB dept. I love nursing - it can be a very happy job but there are times when it is one of the saddest jobs in the world. I am the mother of twin girls. They keep me very busy. One of my daughters is the reason I went into nursing - she had Leukemia. With the grace of God and with medicine she survived and is still with us today. I thank God everyday for letting my angel stay with us.
I love to do all sorts of crafts. I recently started to oil paint, it can be messy but the outcome is beautiful. I like to sew, usually clothes- especially for my girls. I like to read - but don't have much time for that anymore. And when the mood strikes I like to cook - I'm always looking for new recipies to try. And to my husbands amazement I like to camp.
My husband, Randy, is one of the most caring people I know.
My twins are 9 soon to be 10. They are very energetic. They love to swim and are on the town swim team.
I consider most people I know a friend. I have some that are closer to me than others, but am always there for whoever needs an ear to listen, or a shoulder to cry on. I have met some interesting people in person and on the net. I have a special friend on the net that I talk to on a daily basis. We have so much in common it's almost scary. One of my very best friends (in person) is Laura, we went to nursing school together and have remained friends since - she knows me better than almost anyone.
