Asking for the Five Precepts

Aham bhante tisaranena saha panca silam

Dhammam yacami anuggaham katva

Silam detha me bhante

Venerable Sir,

I request for the Five Precepts

and the Three Refuges,

Venerable Sir, out of favor,

please administer the precepts to me.

Dutiyampi aham bhante tisaranena saha panca silam
