KARUNA  had its first official meeting on 11 June 2000. 

On 18 June 2000, all members of the KARUNA along with MGOCSM gave breakfast to the inpatients of Ward 9 at General Hospital, Trivandrum. Medicines were bought and given to those  who were in need of them.

The second meeting of KARUNA was on 29 June 2000.

The third meeting was on 03 Sep 2000.
