MIX TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/2 c. water 1 med. onion (finely chopped) 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cellery salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp pepper.
Shape mixture into ovals and place in pan. pour your favorite spaghetti sauce over top of each one and cover with tin foil. Bake 45 min. at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake an additional 15 min. |
