CREAM CHEESE LAYERED JELLO

1 8oz.Pk. Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Pk Cool Whip (frozen ready made)
2 Tbsp icing sugar
2 Tbsp mayonaise (any type)
1 c. chopped walnuts

1 Pk. Strawberry Jello

Beat together first two ingredients then add each following ingredient one at a time beating well in mixer on high speed.  Except Jello.  When adding walnuts, slow speed as not to spatter batter.

Pour in Pyrex and refrigerate one hour.

Make 1 pk. Strawberry Jello and let cool.  Pour over cold cream cheese mixture and refrigerate unil jello is set.  Will keep for about a week afterwards.
