PEACHES AND CREAM
CRUST:
1/3CUP...........Brown Sugar
1/2CUP...........Butter (melted)
1 1/2 CUP.......Graham Cracker Crumbs
MIX TOGETHER AND FIRMLY PACK IN PYREX.  FREEZE 45 MINUTES
FILLING #1:
1/4 CUP............Sugar
2 CUPS.............Juice of Canned Peaches
2 TBSP.............Corn Starch in a smll
                        amount of water to dissolve
A few slices of Canned Peaches
ON HIGH HEAT, IN POT, STIR AND BRING TO A BOIL JUICE AND SUGAR.
REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND STIR IN CORNSTARCH AND WATER MIXTURE, A LITTLE AT A TIME,  UNTIL THICK. STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
ADD PEACHES AND STIR.
COOL COMPLETELY.
FILLING #2:
3 PKS..........Dream Whipp
1CUP...........Sugar
8 OZ............Cream Cheese
MAKE DREAM WHIP AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGE.
BEAT SUGAR AND CREAM CHEESE TOGETHER ON LOW SPEED AND ADD DREAM WHIP.  MIX UNTIL SMOOTH.  REFRIDGERATE UNTIL NEEDED.
SPREAD 1/2 OF THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE OVER CRUST AND FREEZE 1/2 HOUR.
POUR ALL OF PEACH MIXTURE ON TOP OF CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE LAYER AND FREEEZE 1/2 HOUR.
POUR REST OF CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE OVER TOP AND SPRINKLE WITH A FEW GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS.  DECORATE WITH REMAINING SLICED PEACHES FROM CAN IF DESIRED AND REFRIDGERATE 3-4 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
