COOK AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL TENDER 30-40 MIN. COVERED WITH TIN FOIL.
MIX IN:
1 1/2 C. RICCOTTA CHEESE 1/2 C. MOZZERELLA CHEESE (GRATED) 1/4 C. PARMASAN CHEESE (GRATED)
PLACE BACK INTO OVEN AND COOK UNCOVERED UNTIL JUICE IS ABSORBED AND GOLDEN. LET STAND OUT OF OVEN (COVERED WITH TIN FOIL) FOR HALF AN HOUR BEFORE SERVING TO SET. |
