While up in the superstition mountains.....we encountered a rattle snake....now i'm not one to go chasing them around but our guide thought he'd have a whirl at it.....got off his hourse while we listened to it rattle 3 feet in front of us...slithering on the ground as our horses got a little edgy......
He started toward it and it went off into a bush and curled up waiting to strike.....he got close enough to take a snap shot for each of us with different cameras....LOL. Guess he charmed the snake, so to speak because he walked away without a mark....whew.....but it was sooooo exciting......hehe. |
