N2 Pocono -> Lausitzring graphics update for ICR2 (DOS / Non-rend.)

What is Lausitzring?
Next year, I think in September, the ChampCars will make its debue on
the 2.5 mile tri-oval called "Lausitzring". The EuroSpeedway was
constructed here in germany with having the NASCAR and the CART series
in mind. If I remember correctly this is one of the first oval courses
here in europe.

What will the track look like?
I made following changes to the N2 Pocono (You will need the converted
version - You can do this with the free converter, that is available at
THE PITS I think)
I included several graphic changes:
- New asphalt
- New "grass", looks like sand now
- New curbs
- New bills
- New horizon and sky
- Some "grass" on the right side of the pit wall on the front strech

Please notice, that this "grass" just looks like grass. The car
- when driving on this surface - will behave like on the asphalt.

What to do to install?
1.	Make a folder in your tracks directory "LAUSITZ"
2.	Put your converted POCONO.DAT into it
3.	Unzip LAUSITZ.ZIP into the "LAUSITZ" directory
3.	Unpack POCONO.DAT
4.	Unzip FILES.ZIP into the "TEMP" folder where you put the unpacked
	Pocono files
5.	Pack LAUSITZ.PCK
6. Put LAUSITZ.DAT from the "TEMP" folder into the "LAUSITZ"
	directory
7. Delete "TEMP" folder and POCONO.DAT
8. Now you should be able to drive this track
