What I did:
I took a new untouched copy of the ICR2 Long Beach track from the
ICR2 CD. I unpacked it and I changed some of the textures. (I called
it "Havo" because I had another "Houston" replacement which I didn't
wanted to overwrite, I will call it "Houston" in later versions)

Textures I changed:
All new graphics that I use are from a "CART Precision Racing" 
version of Houston. You will see that I have put in a new asphalt, 
new billboard, new wall and new sky textures (unfortunatly not the
"CPR" sky texture). You'll also see that the trees are missing.

What to do, to improve the track:
I think that the new textures are pretty nice. On some walls the 
advertisments are not right. Please excuse me this fault. I did this 
update very quickly. I will make the advertisments fitting in a later 
version.
The main thing to improve the track is to reverse it. Why? Well, Long 
Beach comes closest to the 90 degree corners of Houston. By reversing 
it we would have a track which has almost the same number of left and
right corners like the real Houston track.
Another thing to improve the track is the 3D object editing stuff. I 
am very unexperienced in these things. And I do not exactly know which
real objects there are in the streets of Houston...
And a last thing is it to make the course slower... 

Although there is so much to improve I hope that you enjoy this
"experiment"!
