in minimizing delays due to breakdowns or lengthy roadside inspections while in transit.
KARS personnel are also held to strict standards. Each employee is tested annually for alcohol and drug abuse as well as random testing throughout the year. ALL KARS personnel are certified alcohol-drug free.
