We are the third generation of our family to be in the trucking/
    transportation field.
My father, Robert Shuster having 30 years in the trucking business.
I, Richard Shuster having over 30 years experience, and my son,
    Shawn Shuster having 3 years in the business.

With this being a father-son team, we take great pride in how our
business is run. We're here because we want to be. The company
isn't just another way to make a "buck." Trucking is a family
tradition and we're proud to be a link in America's supply chain.

Following are the standards we agreed to when we started the
company. They have been our standards since day one and include:

1. Never lie to a customer.
2. Never promise anything unless there is a reasonable
       expectation of fulfilling that promise.
3. Be immediately open and frank to inform customers of
       any delays or problems regarding the timely delivery/
       pickup of their freight.
4. Always "do" what we say we will "do" when we say we will
       "do" it.
5. Should carrier performance jeopardize a customer's
       position, forego all considerations, including profit, to
       resolve the dilemma in the customers interest through
       the unreserved use of KARS resouces including drivers,
       trucks, money, and time. Always keep the customer
       satisfied.


More than 60 years of operating under these standards has
resulted in a group of core customers that have shipped
through KARS for many years. We recognize and salute
these long-time customers as essential to our continued
