Monk, saved us a shit load of times. Any one of the great saves made against Wainui in Wainui when we wasted them 4-1. Kim sliding save Vrs Wainui great stuff. The Monk vs. Wellington United (first round). Saves against Wainui of which he won the MOTM awards, especially first half ones. Monk vs. Wainui (possibly won us the match!)
Darren Anderton (Injury of the season):
JJ, what a shocker, even an ambulance game 4-5 Vrs the Indians KP 3 (JJ asked Nick to call him an ambulance, nick replies �you�re an ambulance John�). JJ (asking for an ambulance even before hitting the ground!). John James without doubt. Easy - that was either you or John. JJ - Was a raspberry to begin with though

Andrew Cole (Best miss of the season):
� Dempsey - a few times might I add! One vs. wgtn utd. Dempsey against the Indians. Dempsey vs. the Indians, blazing over the top from 2 yards out. Dempsey ( north wgtn pen the table winner)
Wallace & Grommet (Most/best Vomit):
� Phil - Only one I know of. must be Phil - I notice a 1 next to his name for vomits.
Nick Ransom (Best supporter):
Jeff Rowe, Toby�s old man went to pretty much every game, took photos for our website and joined us for a beer afters � what more could the Slapperz ask for!

Slapperz Slapperz (Player of the season):
Dempsey, Dempsey wicked goals, but great composure. Dempsey lifted the team, 110% work rate, great attendance, made the odd suggestion at half time after everyone else had there say, which was always bang on, won us important games, and never lost his rag despite being butchered sometimes.
Wayne Rooney (Rookie of the season):
Fitz, Fitz, great goal effort, big midfielder (1st 100kg Slapper), great distribution and all round Slapper.
Vinnie Jones (Hatchet man / best foul):
� Nick, take your pick. Any one of Nick�s brilliant chops followed by the sincerest of apologies. Anything by Nick. Nick the dodgy bugger most games this season. mine in the box on the Wgtn fella,(that went unpunished).
Heskey (Almost goal of the season):
Gezza's "crossbar" vs. Uni Inter. A Beckham-esque effort that just went over the bar.
Henry (Best Goal of the season)
Dempsey the diving header at KP from 15-18 yards out, MAGIC!, Or Dempsey's drive against Brooklyn (that was impressive) Dempsey�s diving header vs. stallions.
