He was a Police Officer State Hospital - Previously in Corrections at the Prison in Atascadero, California. Bill is working for the state as a Sergeant Police Officer currently at the State Mental Hospital, he has been a guard as well, also he has worked for Emerson in electronics in Research and Development building power supplies for military, computers and aviation.

In his pastimes He loves to go Ocean fishing.

He was married to Eunice Marilyn KOBAYASHI on AUG 17 1969 in Fresno, California. Eunice Marilyn KOBAYASHI was born on SEP 14 1947 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was a Senion Occupational Therapist - State Correction Dept in Yountville, California. She has worked for the State for 25 years. She started as an Occupational Therapist in Yountville, CA. Then, promoted to the Sr. O.T. in the Dept. of Corrections in 1975. She was the OT for 17 years. She had to become a Correctional Officer in order to become eligible for the correctional counselor test. She went to the academy. Five years later, She is in a limited term CC position, and out of uniform.
