生意仍然慘淡

終於做了等了很久的appraisal

我從來都不覺得自己是一個非常好的employee

雖然在這裡我的reputation其實相當好

通常我的老細對我只是有讚無彈

但是，暗藏中國人因子的我，總會覺得那不過是客客氣氣的說話

不過，這個concept到了現在，應該可以改了

在STC差不多四年，

看到聽到太多不好的用家評語

我才發覺，所謂虛偽表裡不一的外國人其實比中國人遠遠來得坦白

起碼，他們大多數都實話實說，

因為他們根本不會關心你的面子問題

I really want to know what are the areas that I could improve myself

Even though you said this may only be specific for analytical type of work

I'll say it can apply to much broader area

You said I can work independently

You said at the same time I work well in a team

You said I'm not afraid to ask questions

You said I am fun to work with

You said I have excellent interpersonal skills

You said it's hard to replace me

希望我的決定不會叫我後悔
