Here's my weekly weight loss journal...I'll include my low-point meals, how I felt, and just some general information for each week...including some tips & such from our meetings. Hopefully this will prove to be helpful for other people...

Well, I got started back to WW on Monday, March 22nd. Weighed in, and was not really happy with myself. Got on program (OP) on Tuesday morning. Started to feel a bit better with myself when I made it to 11 a.m. and was not famished like I had been in the past. I think my tummy just got used to having food in it ALL THE TIME, and needs to learn control again.

Tuesday's food was pretty much whatever I could find that was low-point. I like the new flexible points plan so far...Had a veggie salad at lunch, so only had the points from the salad dressing...which was a good start!
