The girls of *NSANITY have been friends since Kindergarten. They became a singing group in 8th grade. Starting out, they practiced after school every day. Then, the summer after 9th grade, they got a gig. Mari�s dad owned a store & restaurant named the S Club. Every night there is a DJ there, playing music. Teens would go there to hang out after school. Every Saturday night *NSANITY would perform.
They sing cover songs. At the S Club, there is a suggestion box where people can suggest songs for *NSANITY to perform. Every Friday afternoon, the girls would read the suggestions. They use the suggestions, along with songs they want to do, to form the set list. In a concert, they each get two songs individually, along with four group performances. They mostly do songs by pop acts, but occasionally do rock, rap, and hip hop songs.
They perform with a backup band consisting of mostly school friends. Cassidy�s older brother Robbie is the lead guitarist and had also taught Cassidy to play guitar. The girls perform with choreography, which was inspired by other artist�s moves. They are always careful to pay attention to dancing when watching bands perform live or on TV to improve their own routines.
Now, in the year 2000, the girls are nearing the end of their senior year of high school, and are ready to go out and share their talent with the world.
THE MEMBERS
Cassidy Knight: Cassidy loves rock music, her favorite being Limp Bizkit. But despite that, she also enjoys *NSYNC and Youngstown, which are the only "boy bands" she can stand. Cassidy is very much the most outgoing member of the group. Cassidy has long, blond hair, which is kept in dreadlocks, and green eyes.
Hannah Bell: Hannah by far is the best dancer of *NSANITY. Her favorite kind of music is the "Boy Bands". *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys; you name it, she has their album. She is more on the shy side when it comes to meeting new people. Hannah has shoulder length blond hair, and blue eyes.
Lucky Gemm: Lucky is the leader of the group. She knows what�s the best for the group. Lucky will listen to anything and everything when it comes to music. From rock and roll to classical music, she likes it all. Lucky has light brown, little longer than shoulder length hair, and brown eyes.
Mari Richards: Mari is the quiet one, at least compared to Cassidy or Denise. Mari's music of choice is by singers like Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera. Mari is one of the main singers in *NSANITY. Mari has long red hair, and hazel eyes.
Denise Parker: Denise is the talkative one of the group. She'll say whatever is on her mind, just like her favorite, Eminem. She does a lot of rapping during the concerts, and her personality meshes well with Cassidy's craziness. Denise has short brown hair, and brown eyes.
