There are no river facts, just information on how to get there, the facilities available, and what fish to catch and some general fishing notes

Directions

BEWARE this road may not be passable during the rainy season and is recommended for 4 x4 (and Company Cars) ONLY.
This road is very rough once off the Tar so ensure that your vehicle and trailer are VERY STRONG and in good condition, as there are no repair facilities anywhere around here.

Angling Societies
None, although the NAUZ were trying to get a site there between the Police Station and the DC's Camp, but this has not come to any fruition at the time of writing.
Other Venues
The DC's Camp has two or three chalets for hire (condition unknown) and there are campsites available. Booking must be done in Guruve through the DDF/DC's Office.

NOTES
You have to take EVERYTHING you need for your trip. There are no other facilities for fuel etc. once past Guruve.
IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU RETRIEVE YOUR BOAT EACH NIGHT DUE TO THEFT ALONG THE WATER EDGES, FROM BOTH ZIMBABWEAN AND ZAMBIAN SIDES. (ELSE PLACE A FULL NIGHT GUARD TO WATCH YOUR BOAT.)
