Translator's Notes:
[1] A "Doppelgänger" is a ghostly/evil double or counterpart of a living person. 
[2] "Gehern wir" is German and means something like "Let's go!" 
[3] I interpreted a bit into this line, and I cringe at what I came up with, because it's not very good. But it's the best I could do. -_- The line literally says "Blossoming as befits you isn't the highest/greatest." It, of course, compares a person to a flower. And if a flower "blossoms as befits it (in its own way)," that doesn't necessarily mean that its blossoms will be the prettiest (the "greatest"). And similarly, if a person goes about his life in his own way ("blossoms as befits him"), that doesn't necessarily mean that his accomplishments will be the greatest. 
[4] Most people will be more familiar with the term "kiai" in respect to the martial arts.   It is a shout given as you attack. It's supposed to focus your mind and body and help you control your breath (and if you do it right, it scares the bejeezus out of your opponent. ^_^v )
