About Me
This was taken in May 1999.  I'm not photogenic because I always think that any photos of me will turn out horrible, but I won a free photo session and I got pampered and photographed for the day - lovely!

Likes:
Listening to music, writing letters, surfing the net (a lot!!), travelling and going to concerts.

Dislikes:

People who hate me or bad mouth me - hey I am not stuck up or anything, I just hate it when people make me out to be something I am not or talk about me in a bad way.  Also boy bands!!  I hope that one day we can kill them all in the hope that Freddie Mercury and all those we have lost too soon will come back.

Favourite music:
Anything that rocks!!  Among my favourites are Queen, Bon Jovi, Van Halen, Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Madness, Robbie Williams and I also like Weird Al Yankovic (remember that guy who did that Michael Jackson video Bad and called it Fat??).

Best concert attended:
Bon Jovi at Wembley in August 2000.  It was the last official concert at Wembley and it was my first Bon Jovi concert and it was the best concert I have ever been to!  Lots of jumping, screaming and singing!  Needless to say I became a huge Bon Jovi fan after that night!

Favourite place to visit:
Holland!!  I have been there three times and its a lovely place to visit - perfect for bicycle riding I am told!  The Dutch people are so friendly and their language is interesting to learn (yup!!  I am learning Dutch!).

My other favourite place to visit is Freddie Mercury's House in Logan Place.  I've been going there since November 1999 to lay flowers on the day he died, 24th November.  Its a very strange feeling going there on the 24th.  You feel lots of different emotions and part of you feels that he is still around, part of you can't believe he is gone.

Soulmates:  Johnnie (pic coming soon!).  This guy very special to me.  I know that I can confide in him about anything and that I can call him up whenever I need help or someone to talk to.  Some people think its strange that my soulmate is a guy, but I don't think it makes a difference.  Men can understand women and offer good advice just as much as a woman can.  Well Johnnie can anyway!!  So he is my very close friend and I love him  dearly.
Additional: I am a Sales Assistant for Alpha Airport Shopping at Nottingham East Midlands Airport.  I am also an Ann Summers organiser at night which is pretty fun to do.  If you have no idea what Ann Summers is, click on the link!

I also drive a Citroen Saxo which is secretly known as my Queen-mobile but it seems to have more Bon Jovi than Queen in it!!  (Mental note:  Put more Queen tapes in!)
