Simeon's room - north wall, right bottom
His room is rather large, due to his station, but is actually spartan in accomodations; very military. From a peg on the wall hangs a ceremonial sword scabbard, enameled green with gold filigree trim.

Chatellaine's Office - east wall, center tower
The Chatellaine's Office is a room filled with maps, charts, and files. A large, teak desk faces the door from the middle of the room. A large, overstuffed chair faces the massive fireplace. This room is decorated in earthy colors; sage greens, burnt yellows, warm browns. There is a painting on the wall that doesn't quite seem to fit. Anyone familiar with Riddyl's work would know it's one of his.

Caitlin's room - west wall, center tower
Her apartment is formal. Furniture is subdued, but proper for a royal female. There are the requisite nick-nacs and art books placed decoratively around. She is rarely there, except for mandatory state occasions. The closets have a supply of formal and other palace clothing so she can become presentable rapidly.

Riddyl's room - west wall, top
The room is relatively cramped for a Prince's tastes, and oddly shaped. The view is nothing to speak of since there is no window. A fireplace and many candles throughout, keep it constantly lit. Scattered around are Riddyl's drawings and paintings. More enthusiastic than talented, they show a potential for a Van Gogh-like impressionism. His drawings seem to be organic forms, strange, elegant fusions of mankind and just about anything else. There are no self-portraits. The only mirror is small and tucked away in a corner. A book, a well-worn deck of cards and a sword in scabbard are mixed in (and under) uncompleted canvases and sketches. Servants aren't allowed in this room (and it shows!).
