2 Samuel 23:4     He is like the light of morning at sunrise on a cloudless morning, like the brightness after rain that brings the grass from the earth.

2 Corinthians 3:17-18    Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

His light is bright, a brilliant sunrise on a cloudless morning. His light brings truth, 'in Your light we see light' (Ps 36:9). The fear of the LORD is the key to seeing this light, this knowledge of the Holy One (Prov 9:10; Isa 33:6). For those who revere His name, the sun of righteous will rise (Mal 4:2). With the rising of the Son comes His light, His truth, life and abundance, transformation and liberty, the fear of the LORD is the key to this treasure.

Hosea 6:3 Let us acknowledge the LORD; let us press on to acknowledge Him. As surely as the sun rises, He will appear; He will come to us like the winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth.
