All the parts ready apart from the spokes, eventually got them from Germany on Christmas eve (85.6 kilobytes) Christmas eve and the tandem is ready! (114.6 kilobytes) But the front chain tension needs sorting out (!?) and the fork is too weak (117.4 kilobytes)

a few weeks later and the tandem is ready for good, with a new fork and a new BB shell ... (80.1 kilobytes) Safety first, this is Karen's air horn (55.3 kilobytes) More safety with these 6 pot disc brakes ... (76.3 kilobytes) ... nitride coated titanium pistons (86.4 kilobytes)

TA chainrings 46-40-26T (62.0 kilobytes) Home made polished aluminium bash guard (60.2 kilobytes) just swaped the M4 for a 6 pot (with Goodridge braided hoses) (87.8 kilobytes) the internal gearhub (91.5 kilobytes) 14 speeds and 2 oil changes per year... (81.1 kilobytes)
