The Ball Family
My first contact with the Ball family is in Middlesex Co., Virginia, circa 1672. I will start with Edward and his wife Keziah Osbourne. Edward was sexton of Christ Church, Middlesex until his death. His wife Keziah then took over and was sexton until her death.
For those of you who are interested in the surname Ball please contact my friend Jim Ball. He has information on many Ball lines.
Edward Ball, b. ca 1672 in Virginia, married Keziah Osbourne, d. 6 Sep 1726 in Middlesex Co., VA. They had twelve children: Catherine, Arthur, Johanna, Edward, married to Sarah Owen, Elizabeth, Baby girl, Mary, Ann, Phebe, Daniel, William, Benjamine.
Edward Ball Jr., b. 1 Mar 1701 in Middlesex Co., VA, married Sarah Owen, 4 Feb 1724 in Middlesex Co., VA, d. death date unknown. They had at least three children: Clemence married to William Dulin, John, Edward.
