6. Take care of the pennies, and the pounds take care of themselves (ie, if you save small amounts of money then it adds up to large amounts)
7. A rolling stone gathers no moss (ie, if you move fast, you can't accumulate anything)
8. A stitch in time saves nine (ie, if you don't take care of something now, it'll need loads more work in the future)
9. If a job's worth doing, it's worth doing well (ie, if you're going to do something then do it properly)
10. An apple a day keeps the doctor away (ie, apples are good for you and keep you healthy)
11. Forbidden fruits taste sweetest (ie, the fact that you can't have something makes you want it all the more)
12. Variety is the spice of life (ie, variety is what makes life interesting)
