| We begin our magical mystery tour of Birmingham at the new Bullring: glitzy neon eye-sore, or the very definition of a modern shopping centre? It's a matter of opinion really. I took this photo with a sense of irony; the 17th-century St Martin's church is next to the silver blobby Bullring - a bizarre juxtaposition if ever there was one. | ||||||||||
