I truly enjoyed JROTC during my High School Years. I learned to administer First Aid and how to Repel off our Repelling tower. I enjoyed the experience of Whitewater Rafting down the Ocoee River. I learned that I was pretty good at Sharp Shooting. And the helicopter rides were pretty cool! I only wished that I had taken it all the way and enlisted in the Army. Great memories I have of my Instructors, WOODHAM, BOATWRIGHT, and SPURGEON. They were great instructors. I had a few nick-names given to me while in there...such as..Wonder Woman (last name CARTER, get it?)Leather-Neck (because my boyfriend at the time was a Marine) Elvira (I won't even go there!) Teamwork, discipline, finishes summing it up!
