I was Karen's initial supervisor in her employment at Chileda Habilitation Institute. During the last four years, Karen has had to learn specific execution of many different, intense teaching techniques with regard to disabilities. She has displayed diligent attention to detail and great patience and understanding of the children's perspectives. In working closely with our education department, she has learned to create individual education plans and provide functional analysis of her students' motivations and learning styles.
Karen's intelligence, interpersonal skills, flexibility and imagination has allowed her to quickly wok her way from the entry level position into a middle management job in our medical department. Karen is a unique individual with a positive attitude, who can accept responsibility to complete a project with little oversight or direction.
