A) Students will show their enjoyment as they scoot themselves to each cone and perform each exercise. NASPE#4
LX2 Students scoot to the next assigned cone, lift the cone, and follow the directions on the card underneath.
LX3 (index 1) Do 10 Jumping Jacks.
LX4 (index2) Do 10 Sit-ups.
LX5 (index3) Hand up high, then touch toes 5 times.
LX6 (index 4) Do 5 Push-ups.
LX7 (index 5) Make a bridge and hold 2 seconds.
T) On the go, each student will get a scooter and sit pretzel style next to a cone
T) "Each student will freeze after finishing each exercise
T) "On ready, students can get back on scooters and wait for go"
T) "On go scoot to the next cone"
T) Slowly walk to the safety zone and place scooters wheels up
