We are taking the right step toward a healthy future & I expect this year to be a great year for us! We will all succeed if we continue to educate ourselves and support one another along the way.

On the left you will find links to web sites that I am using to gather my knowledge for our weight-loss process. You can visit these sites to gain even more knowledge to assist you in creating your personal  program.
You will also find a link to our FWLP Group Site; here you will share your successes, you can post before and after photos, add healthy and delicious recipes to our database, you can also request help when you are in need or give advice & support.
Weekly you will post your weight loss in My GuestBook located on the left of this page.  

We will plan to have Family Weight-Loss Gatherings monthly, we will handle this the way we did our FFF Parties, bring a dish but a healthy one is preferred! You will also need to bring your Diet & Exercise Logs so we can openly discuss any concerns you may have, take the opportunity to brag, bond and support one another.
